    Had a nightmare of over grown beds and rough finished yards after a pool installation. Donny and his team worked diligently and respectfully of the property and neighbors to get the yard looking like the oasis we wanted. His experience also noticed a possible flood concern and rectified the issue appropriately. He even got grass to grow where no one thought it would, a real miracle with a green thumb.

    **UPDATE** We've just updated the review from four to five stars. This is because Donny and his crew stopped by about a month after the work was completed to help identify poison ivy (after I got covered in it). He also said he'd send one of their guys who's immune to it (!) to come by and remove the poison ivy, which we look forward to and appreciate. We chose D3 after reading incredible reviews, and overall, they did not disappoint. It took awhile to get things scheduled and once scheduled, there were factors that kept pushing the work, so it was about six weeks before we got our work completed. The communication was very good at times and then not as good other times. That said, every crew member was professional, polite, and hardworking. We moved into a house that hadn't had the grounds maintained in who knows how long. Donny and his crew did a huge cleanup, removed some bushes, sprayed the weeds with a non-chemical solution, and mulched. The work looks so so good. (Now we just have to stay on top of the weeds!) While we hope to do a lot of yard work ourselves moving forward, we plan to use D3 in the future.

    I'll give them a one star for responding to my request for a quote on a Memorial Day weekend. I am a busy professional, working over 70 hours a week. Need someone to take good care of a rather big yard. Clayton just does not seem to understand I am no homemaker sitting around to meet him at his convenience. Guess they are too busy for new customer.

    This couldn't have went better. I requested, but did not insist, on a weekend service appointment. The owner treated that with high regard. He rescheduled jobs from the week that were pushed back due to rain and accommodated my request. He met me at Palmer nursery a few weeks beforehand, and he helped provide some very good advice on what to install on the property. I informed him I had a budget to work within, he used surgical precision to build out the job's labor hours and materials that fit the budget. (In the end, the job came in under budget, which was outstanding!!) His crew showed up on time, and their leader, Ryan, assessed the job site. He quickly took my instructions and assigned work to the 5 man crew. Shortly after, the owner showed up. We quickly went over the work being done since Ryan had a handle on the operation. He was very polite in taking the time to help me with a new edger I purchased. He did not have to do that, but it's those little things that always add up for a customer and keep them returning. The crew was very efficient in ripping out many old bushes, shrubs, and plants and replacing them with an abundance of very nice black mulch, plants that the owner helped and advised on from the trip to the nursery, and they really manicured the grounds very well. They installed many large, very nice boulders along the beds of the front of the house. This was an excellent touch. I am very pleased with the work of D3, and I will not hesitate to call on them again. (I'll even ask that Ryan be on site, because he was a great crew leader). Their whole team was very efficient and also friendly to talk to. I'm not shy to complain, but in this case, I really have none. I'll be calling on them again for in the fall for lawn aeration, and I'll definitely use them again for my landscaping needs. I think that's as much of an endorsement as customer can give. No other calls are needed when I have D3 available.

    My husband and I are very satisfied with not only work done on our yard but the professionalism and prompt communication. I am the type of person who has limited availability and normally cannot take calls during the day. I was very pleased that not only was the work done (correctly) without me being there but that I could contact Donny though text messages throughout the day. The pricing was very reasonable and everything was done well under our budget. Even though it was cheaper than I expected that did not change the quality of work. I will use D3 if needed in the future and will tell my friends and colleagues.
